New Orleans Lower 9th Ward

When the London Ave/Industrial Canal Levee breached, a wall of water went through the Lower 9th Ward, devastating everything in it's path. These houses are about 10 blocks away from the breach.

These foundations were 4 to 6 blocks directly in front of the breach.

This is the barge that came through breach and landed on a school bus.
